 Sorry to get pissed off but
 IETF has no more juridiction
 here in Canada than the WWF
 (World Wrestling Federation).
 No legal contract between any
 IETF working group was signed
 by any community I reside in.
 Not even the internet "community".
 Seems like just another bunch of
 breedy bastards trying to grab
 the Internet monopoly stakes.
