The plan of action contained in my
rather flawed alternative RFC is
clear. An international convention
of *ALL* parties with an interest
in this issue must be convened
with the backing of several UN
member states. It must be held
OUTSIDE the USA.
As the IAHC currently stands very
significant players have been very
consciously EXCLUDED. Who do I mean?
The Alternate Domain Name supporters,
Governments, On-line human rights and
electronic civil liberties organizations
and so on. IAHC is a rigged jury.
And, alas, even luke warm participation
from one UN bureaucracy is insuffient
to save IAHC from the same fate as IANA:
paralysis, dissention and dissolution.
IAHC has as much clout in the real world
as does the Ascension Island knitting
circle. So many interested parties have
been snubbed out of the process as to
invalivdate it.

Don't talk to me of politics or power,
I have had enough of both.
Talk to me of freedom, healing, love and truth.
Then we may begin to find our way.
