The IAHC is not chartered to examine the ISO 2 letter domains.  These 
country specific iTLDs will have to have national rules, and national
policies.

You should request specific rules for what each second level domain
is under *.uk.  I cannot speak for other countries but Israel has a
published ruleset located at www.isoc.org.il.
