Tristan,

	Thanks for raising this topic.  The current charter for the IAHC
does not include "national" TLDs, since we believe the immediate crisis
pertains to the "international" ones.

	However the concern over having a single registry in charge of an
important, interesting, or otherwise high-leverage TLD is definitely a
significant topic for immediate consideration.  It has received much debate
over the last two years and, I believe, is a topic that the IAHC is likely
to attend to.
