 I wouldn't worry too much.
 That company will be sitting
 on a pile of dust wue to the
 fact that new Top Level Domain
 names are not only far more
 availabl but also more appealing

 I highly suggest developing
 your own TLD structure and Domain
 Sane Service *NOW* irrespective
 of all the committees and their
 thrashing about. For assistance

 We will operate two Top Level
 Domain Name Registries: .FCN
 (Free Community Network) and
 .WTV (World TeleVirtual Network).
 This shall occur regardless of
 IAHC scrum and regardless of
 the New York Domain thieves.
