The views expressed are of each member.  I may feel very strongly
on point A but will be outvoted 10-1 in the IAHC.  Therefore, the
opinions expressed here by individual IAHC members are private
opinions.   The IAHC still hasn't formulated any official stance 
and wants to see community input first.
