I would no more involuntarily
relinquish ownership of .WTV
than I would give up WTV.NET.
The undefined root "." is
utterly unaffected by appended
domains. The whole process
requires coordination, capable
and synchronized root name
servers and TOLERANCE. That
last one is most lacking IMHO.
