   The owner of a trademark can protect its use under *any and all* TLDs 
only if this TLDs are in the area of this particular trademark law.
If TLD is sited outside of this area or TLD assigned to registration
trademarks in another business sector (there law allow double/triple/...
trademark holders in different sectors) then trademark owners right
is limited.
