Hi,
Yes, albeit with the proviso if the IRE proto-WG members react
violently to its inclusion, it'll be thrown out. Given that
it is apparently impossible to find time for a BOF on this issue
in San Jose, I have proposed having the discussion within IRE
as sort of a BOF-within-a-WG...
