	Well, Merton.  You're such a good guy that I figured you would not
mind my using your note as the basis for observing that this thread is
discussing technical aspects of domain name root server operation.  However
important the topic, I believe that it is entirely out of scope for IAHC.
There ARE some technical issues that pertain to IAHC's work and proposals
that will be pursued but I believe this issue is not among them.

	I therefore request moving this thread to a more appropriate
mailing list.
