 Yes. But it's technically clunky,
 conceptually flawed and impossible
 to implement reasonably in a dispersed
 and decentralized network environment
 like the Internet. This isn't an office
 LAN eh, Mr. Kent? It's the world we're
 talking about here. As in Big+Complex.
