Not a bad idea, but will be hard to implement. First of all, all of the
TLD's have to agree (or be forced to). Secondly, someone or some body has to
be chosen to run the FreeNic and use this money appropiately. Then someone
has to be chosen to oversee this person or body. Good luck organizing all
that. The rest of us are simply just going to go ahead and put a FreeNic
together without all the politics.
