Another nice idea but hard to implement. Then registries will have to act
like, or get information, from the IRS in the US and similar govt agencies
in other countries. Imagine a new TLD trying to contact the government of a
far away country for income information about one of its citizens. Good
luck! Of course there could be co-operation between the governments and the
TLD registries. This would probably take years to implement and there still
would be problems.
