    Yes, but I think we are need to give him the right place in DNS
or face lawsuits/fast money problems. Or find the way then we can shift
search engine out of DNS, but then why would be need DNS in this case ?

P.S.  Does anybody know the other proprietary names exclude trademarks
      and/or company names ?
