Because we have all been waiting for over a year already and are
tired of waiting again. We have money invested in infrastructure
and need to see a ROI. 

We *CAN* invest money in lawyers and courts, but I am confident that
this will not be neccessary. I laud the committee for sticking to its
agressive timetable. They appear to recognize the need for a quick
resolution.
