	You have been sending a number of messages along these lines.
While your questions well might be useful to ask in some forum, this isn't
it.

	The group exists and the group intends to do the work it was asked
to do.  The group was not formed to wait.  The group was not formed because
people felt that the pace should be liesurely.  The derivation of the group
has been well and fully documented.  If you or others have concerns about
that, I encourage you to follow up on those concerns, but not on this list.
This is a work list.  It is not a list for challenging the existance of the
group or for the group to go through constant efforts at assuaging the
concerns that you and others might have.

	Challenging is a welcome and useful behavior on this list, when it
pertains to constructive enhancement of proposals being floated on this
list.

	Other challenges are invited to relocate.
