Both, though I looked closer at our own .WEB data since it was the most
current. Perhaps you are right, but we have yet to get a single note from
anyone who wanted to distinguish between Admin and Billing contacts. I
personally believe that we won't see this, and, since I have to make a
decision, have decided to combine them.
Should a standard be created, we can easilly split them if need be (or,
of course, should customer demand dictate).
