>From one 'native' to another, listen up.  There is almost nothing about the 
current Internet environment that is mandated by government.  I am free to 
use any root server I choose to use.  That will stay the same when the IAHC 
process is complete.  If you constructively participate, perhaps I (and a 
lot of other people) will choose a root server that supports a TLD for 
which you are the registry.  Otherwise...
