Agreed. Also add IP number allocation,
and the RFC process to it's oversight
duties.
My proposal for the creation of such an
organization - the iic (International
Internet Commission) is located at the
URL below. The IIC should be representative
of all cultures ("fully" international)
democratic, sanctioned by governments
and supported by international treaty.
