Now that is a new idea that I like --> allowing BOTH exclusive TLDs and
shared TLDs. Though it might be harder to implement, its not impossible.
Giving preference to a league (coalition?) of companies who wish to run
TLDs, each backing each other up, sounds like a good idea.
