It seems ludicrous to accept the proposition that unless
10 people somehow find a solution (whatever that is),
the Internet will suffer some demise. Particularly
when the only real problems here are legal ones -
and a relatively small number at that.
There are many "Internet communities" today. Some have
a collective egocentricity about their being the true
community with the authority and wisdom to represent
everyone, including the public interest and all the
businesses with major stakes in the market.
Frankly, this is why governmental authorities are becoming
more involved, and are urgently needed to provide an open
and considered playing field.
