That's untrue. No-one used the
new Alternative top level domains
the new registries claim. They
were not ever in prior use either
practically or conceptually speaking.
I have prior use claim to .WTV and
.FCN in matters relating to TLDs.
If there is anyone out there who
claims use to either .FCN or .WTV
prior to me my lawyer will be happy
to discuss the issue. Otherwise my
claim is as legitimate to that of
the NSI/Internic for .COM, .ORG and
the rest.

Don't worry. I suspect everyone is
aware of the legal A-Bombs that are
ticking just beneath the surface.
And we are all working to avoid their
detonation. There are many existing
and emmerging legitimate TLD claims.
The process must respect those
entities or face the consequences.
