 Well Internic started this process
by forcing us all to pay for our
 previously free Domain names. All
 without consultation or public
 input.

I am merely attempting to protect
 two emmerging projects based on
years of work on the Internet.
.FCN will be a free Domain Name
 Registry for community netowrks.
.WTV will be a value added, low
 cost Domain Name Service for
 Web TV Internet Content Providers.

 I'm being quite reasonable here.
I advocate the rule of law and
 due process, negotiation and
 co-operation. Unfortunately
 the people at IANA, Internic
 and NSI/SAIC are not interested
in discussing the matter. So we
 will act defensively in whatever
way we can until a fair playing
 field is established.
