True. I didn't put a smiley in because I'm not sure if I *am* being
sarcastic. I would not resort to legal bullying myself, but then again I
don't believe in "by any means possible" for most things. However it does
seem to work well to edge out competitors.
So the bottom line is while the message was intended to be sarcastic, I have
the gut feeling it might end up being true. Disturbing, but that is the
reason why I skipped the smiley.
I guess it's up to the IAHC. If IAHC does make a stand against domain name
squatters, it'll be an interesting legal battle and I hope the IAHC is up
for it. If not, well it still remains to be seen if anyone will stand up or
sue for the interest of the Net in general.
