Thank you again for these statistics. (Flogging the dead horse, he said) I
beleve that these statistics point to the fact that IANA or the IAHC should
pay attention to the delegation policies of the ISO TLDs, as well as the
policies that the delegated policies operate under.

No one government owns the DNS Top Level space, and neither does any
government own the IP address space. IANA always (effectively ) controls IP
space, but takes a hugh chunk of the Internet, and hands it out in a
non-accountable fashion.

Will the IAHC or IANA be accountable for any future problems with
delegation of the new iTlds?

I cannot get IANA to review the delegation today of an ISO TLD, by what
process ( since they failed to be accountable today ) will they be
accountible tommorow?
