"Acceptance" of money

What incredibly stupid time wasting over words. In normal English usage,
if he didn't cash the check, he didn't accept any money. But it doesn't
matter. If you believe you have a legally binding agreement with IANA,
and want to enforce it, go to court. Otherwise, we should assume a
clean slate where "earlier filings" are merely facts that may be given
zero or much weight or anything in between, as decided by IAHC/IANA.
