Re: Framework for IAHC proposals

Folks,

	The 'framework' document
<http://www.iahc.org/draft-iahc-framework.html> language about submissions
was too cryptic and implied more rigidity than was intended. I've posted a
revised version of the page with the relevant text now reading:

>Written proposals should be sent to iahc-submit@iahc.org no later than
>Dec 1, 1996. The IAHC will publish a single merged proposal on Dec 19th

Please note that the IAHC proposal announcement date is moved from
December 15 to December 19. Given the activities of IETF week and the fact
that the 15th is a Sunday, most folks on the committee felt that pushing
the date later a few days was necessary to give more time for synthesis and
production of the proposal.

Notice that I said "more" time and not "enough" time. The time
frames are so short, none of us really believes that it's "enough" time...
