Perry, if you consider accepting a check and then returning it 
"not accepting money" then indeed, that's what happened. I think we 
have a conflict of terms. My point is that they accepted the check
when offered, and I feel that that is the relevant point. If we
disagree, then we disagree. Let us hope that it is a non-issue. I
still think the IAHC will implement a policy that we both can live
with.

Why don't we work towards that?
