Fair. As you said earlier, it's time for IANA to make a statement on
this one way or the other. But given IANA's history, we'll be arguing
about this for another year. If things do happen at the rate IAHC is
aiming for, the argument will obviously continue in the courts. The only
good thing about that is that at that time IANA will not be able to
avoid the question.. at least as easily.
