Great. InterNIC's broken parser is a prime example of why this won't
work. In the last week, I've seen identical templates, with identical
information except for the domain name, be processed some automatically
and some by hand. For no apparent reason.
If it gets a registry more money, they will process them all by hand.
With far more frequency for error.
