If IAHC doesn't accept prior
use, first come first serve,
and equal access to any and all
remaining TLD's then IAHC will
go the way of IANA - discredited,
broken and out of the loop. And
if IAHC doesn't allpy the same
rules to Internic as all the
new Registries then the result
wil be the same. KABOOM!
Companies - even small one's
like mine - have thousands of
hours work, their reputations
and businesses on the line.
Millions of dollars have been
invested: also on the line. IAHC
has very little maneuvering
ground here. It is either accept
or flounder - hopefully not in
a litigial nightmare. Accept.
