If you are such a big fan of "prior use" the Internic can use the
argument. Fantasy argument from the Internic:
- We have been serving ALL the iTLDs for a long long time.
(I don't know the exact history)
- Hence because of prior use we should serve ALL the iTLDs for
a long long time into the future.
Thankfully, the Internic might be slow but its not dense.
