While IAHC should come to decisions which make both legal and technical
sense (nobody said it was easy), IAHC should *not* be influenced by threats
of litigation, whether the be bluffs or real. If people are going to
litigate over this, _someone_ will litigate no matter what decisions are
made.
Everyone has to ignore that shadow and keep moving forward...
