And the rest of us have the right to ignore
any TLD's that were not allocated according to
accepted procedures. You seem to forget that your
precious .FCN is WORTHLESS unless 99+% of the
Internet community recognizes it.
PRIOR USE is of no consequence whatsoever.
This is a democracy and the voters (in this case,
those who run name servers) will determine who wins
and who loses. I am backing the IANA on this one
unless and until they totally blow it.
