IANA (Jon Postel) has already
totally blown it. Why do you
think this bogus IAHC committee
was created? Because IANA was
compromised and discredited.
No-on trusts IANA. Wake up
and smell the toast, Paul.
And as for the guys who run
the name servers I'll just bet
when they have a new TLD or two
to operate they'll recognize all
the others lickety split. You're
fighting a battle that was lost
many weeks ago, IMHO.
By the way... PRIOR USE is the
only legal claim Internic has on
the international playing field.
The same is true for my small .FCN
and .WTV and the other new domain
names. Let's move forward and not
into endless, bloody court battles,
shall we? Accept what is and what
is to come. 1,000 TLD's...
