Reminder: request for proposals

Folks,

	so far, only one submission has come in for posting as a proposal
to the IAHC.  I would like to strongly encourage those with feelings about
solutions to formulate them into a proposal for policies and procedures to
allocate top-level domains and registries for them, or for any other
approach which resolves concerns over domain name conflicts and registry
operations among the iTLDs.
