	This is not the case.  The domain is managed under the perview 
	of the IANA function.  There are on-going discussions with 
	various bodies on the future administrative home for this domain.
	Representations of the INT domain being managed by the ITU are
	misleading and wrong.  They do not now, and never have managed 
	the .INT domain.
