I don't know about the rest of the 
folks on the list, but I am getting
tired of this off-topic crap. What
the hell is this list *supposed* to be
about? Has anyone figured this out yet?

If I want humor, I'll find a comic. I
subscribed to this list to learn about
the IAHC - not about intergovernmental 
rivalries.

Please take these non-construtive 
conversations elsewhere.
