Well maybe usually but not always. I sent in a request and recieved a one
line reply from Joyce. Nothing like that. Feel free to search for it ..
.WORLD. If you 'lost' it, it will be proof positive that IANA is granting
favors to either organizations that it likes, or ones that bully it around.
