No you cannot take it that these are on loan. I consider that AGN (my
company) owns USA and EARTH and will use every mean to force the I***
organizations to respect the intellectual property rights of my company.

I intend to dedicate the rest of my life to promoting USA and EARTH and
to make this into a PROFITABLE business. I will spend ALL of my resources
to MAKE the proper people respect our intellectual property rights.

No sir, USA and EARTH are not "on loan" - we claimed them first and we
intend to FIGHT to keep them.

I may sound like a rebel, but I see the need for a uniform policy. I don't
see any reason why TLD's should be treated any differently than regular
domains. I do see a need to secure funding for the root servers and provide
some sort of "structure" for the internet.

I have been staying out of this noise-pit since most of the postings have
been non-sense. I am working on my contribution to the iTLD discussion
and will post it soon.

EARTH and USA are designed to provide both geographical structure and
freeform domains (ie: JEAN-LUC.PARIS.FRANCE.EARTH or just JEAN-LUC.EARTH)
I have tried to design both TLD's to provide great utility for the
world internet community. Make no mistake, however: USA and EARTH are
the intellectual property of AGN. Bill Gates sells NT and
Windows 95 licenses. He MUST make the products user-friendly or no one
will use them. Regardless of this fact, you cannot "claim" that Windows
95 or NT are "community property" and can be "reassigned" by some
"committee". Windows 95 and NT are private property and we are allowed
to have licenses to use them at Bill Gate's pleasure. The same thing goes
for USA and EARTH - you will be allowed to register under them at our
pleasure as they are our intellectual property.

I am interested in feedback from the community regarding our plans for
these iTLDs. To that end, I will be publishing the first draft of our
Terms and Conditions in a few days. I would appreciate REAL input from
people. Any reasonable comments will be considered.
