Which means nothing.
You may consider it that way, but as far as I can see you don't make
the rules that the rest of the world lives by. Just because you set
up a nameserver with .usa and .earth which the (rest of the world
doesn't see) does not give you any property rights whatsoever,
especially "intellectual".
If this *were* the case, then here - add my nameserver to your root.cache.
