Does this mean that you believe it is truly impossible for the IANA to
have lost one of these documents? If it is not impossible, how could
this be "proof positive" of anything?
Sorry about being cranky, I have a headache today, and I'm getting
annoyed at the stream of "The IANA is a bunch of lying evil axe
murderers" comments. This is especially so given that this forum was
established to help the IAHC do its job, and this junk is getting in
the way.
I realize there is a lot of tension around here -- the iTLD issue is
emotional for many people, and, even worse, involves a lot of
money. It would be appreciated, however, if people could keep their
inflammatory musings to themselves rather than turning this into a
forum for tossing around irresponsible accusations.
This forum is for trying to discuss the iTLD problem so as to help the
IAHC in making its decisions. It doesn't exist for spreading rumors
that Jon Postel meets with the folks that shot JFK and the Bavarian
Illuminati for a weekly game of canasta in a secret lab at USC. Lets
keep to the topic, shall we?

PS Speaking, as always, for myself, and not for the IAHC.
PPS Again, sorry for the tone, but I don't have a lot of patience today.
