Well you may well be deluded into believing that you have some sort of moral claim on these iTLD's, but the reality is that your name servers will probably end up being the most under utilised machines on Earth (or .earth).
Unless your assumed iTLD's have the authority of the official root servers - the ones that 99.9...% of the Internet world actually use in fact - they will be essentially useless - who is going to point specifically at your name servers just to suit your own aspirations?
Still - I am sure that the eventual official owners of .USA and .EARTH will appreciate your efforts to promote these iTLD's anyway!
There is no way that IANA (not speaking for them of course) could ever be seen to award an iTLD to an organisation just because it had the audacity to hijack it before the official applications were invited for award in due process. This would make a complete mockery of the iTLD status, IANA and IAHC credibility, and of Internet democracy in general, and would as a result set an unfortunate precedent.
Adrian.

No you cannot take it that these are on loan. I consider that AGN (my
company) owns USA and EARTH and will use every mean to force the I***
organizations to respect the intellectual property rights of my company.
I intend to dedicate the rest of my life to promoting USA and EARTH and
to make this into a PROFITABLE business. I will spend ALL of my resources
to MAKE the proper people respect our intellectual property rights.
No sir, USA and EARTH are not "on loan" - we claimed them first and we
intend to FIGHT to keep them.
