Just because something can be done does not mean it should be done.
Again the main reason for deligating is responsability, someone has to
be accountable and this is a very important aspect which can not be
overlooked; at this point in time we must be very careful how we
develope this. Noone person or organization can or should control this
which means that the DNS operators of iTLD's should form a governing
body which will address this issue and many others you have yet to
concieve of. But for now lets get the process started instead of
spinning our wheels and going nowhere.
