True. The point isn't as clear as I make it. We have to take into
consideration specialized TLDs and also TLDs which are trademark
infringements. The latter might be something that we let the court decide.
The policy for TLD trademark infringement will probably follow the same that
gets set up for second level domain trademark infringement..
