When I saw Paul's posting showing telnet, ftp, etc sessions to
NS2.NIC.EARTH, I thought that something had happened to our filters
and security measures, so I tested them to make sure.
Conclusion: Paul sure is a wiz with the VI editor. He can take an
empty file and put just about whatever he likes in it.
