I have attended one IETF back in Boston a few years ago, am not on any
IETF committee, am not on any IAB committee and am not on any ISOC committee
(albeit I was elected to be on the board of the Internet Society of Israel -
a chapter of the the Internet Society). I would consider myself to be
"new blood".
