Dave,

The great-grandson of David (senior) is a profound historian!

In recent times, the swift decapitation by sword of an impostor
purporting to represent the Lord of ...., has yielded to seizing their
wealth and putting them in stocks.

As new opportunities for violations increase, what framework is being
proposed to prevent registries being held to a Kings ransom?  

As history has demonstrated, past NSI policy has mitigated its liability
but has not exonerated it.  Current policy remains to be tested.
