We aren't going to deal with character set issues or other similar
technical issues. The IAHC dealing with changing the DNS to use
Unicaode just isn't going to happen. Technical issues are not part of
our charter. It isn't what we are doing.

That feels like an abuse of the term "fuzzy match" as generally
understood. In any case, as I've noted, we are not dealing with
technical issues. That is out of scope.
