I believe anyone interested in the future operation of a registry shoul
be involved in this process.
I apologize for my tardiness but I would be interested in developing
jointly with other registry operators and operators-to-be terms and
conditions that could be used as an industry standard.
In our locality of Southern Ontario we are very vocal about creating
industry service and performance standards. A body seperate from the
polital arena such as this one should be created for practical
applications within the industry. Many providers out there are committing
fraud by the letter of our law but there is no vehicle of enforcement at
this time.
Maybe the ITU would be interested in assisting in these concerns.
Aplogizing for the noise.
